Basic technical data such as pages visited, referring website, and general device type may also be recorded to understand how the site is used.

How it is used. Your information is used to respond to your request, to provide the real estate services you asked about, and to send follow-up you agreed to receive. It is not sold. It is shared only with the brokerage that holds the license for this practice and with the service providers that operate this website, its CRM, and its email delivery — each of whom may use it only to provide those services.

Cooperating professionals. Completing a transaction usually requires sharing limited details with lenders, title and escrow companies, inspectors, and the other agents involved. Only what is necessary is shared.
