Everyone should be able to search for a home. This site is built and maintained with accessibility in mind, using the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as its working standard.

What that means in practice. Meaningful text alternatives for images, colour contrast chosen for readability, headings and landmarks that describe page structure, full keyboard navigation with a visible focus indicator, form fields with labels and clear error messages, and motion that respects your system reduced-motion setting.

Ongoing work. Some content — particularly listing photography, documents, and video supplied by third parties such as the multiple listing service — may not yet meet this standard. Those areas are reviewed and improved as they are updated.
